Hi tracey, we don’t recommend it for this recipe. Line bottom of pan with parchment paper. Using beaters or a stand mixer, mix the buttermilk, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl until well combined. For a three layer cake, i’d also increase the amount of frosting. We haven’t tested it but you could try making this recipe into cheesecake bars. Add milk, beating until combined.
