As a comparison, there’s a chocolate cake for $48 canadian from a fancy (and fairly famous) local bakery that we’ve purchased a couple of times for special occasions. It’s a great cake, but the costco tuxedo cake tastes just as good to me (although the style is a bit different). My kids don’t usually like these type of desserts but love chocolate mousse so i thought it was worth a try, we were not disappointed. It’s on the lighter side but has a tiny bit of pleasant crunch from the cookies.
